We are a commercial janitorial contractor based in St Charles, Missouri, working across more than thirty states. This part of our business covers the buildings that are hardest to schedule around: warehouses, distribution centres, manufacturing plants and the office space attached to them.
How the work is set up
Most industrial contracts run nightly, or on a set number of days per week, after production stops. We scope a site by walking it — square footage, floor types, traffic, shift pattern, what the previous contractor was and was not doing — and quote against that rather than against a rate card. The scope is written down, and it is what we are measured on.
Work is carried out by our own directly employed staff. Supervisors visit sites on a fixed schedule rather than only when something has gone wrong, and the site contact has a named person to call.
What is usually in an industrial scope
Office and breakroom cleaning, restroom servicing and restocking, warehouse floor sweeping and scrubbing, dock and staging areas. Periodic work is scheduled separately — hard floor stripping and refinishing, carpet extraction, high-level cleaning and pressure washing.
Cleaning products are environmentally sustainable as standard.
